Hi,

I have been having the worst experience with MTN. I decided to buy the uncapped wi-fi since it is exam time. I decided to make a follow-up and track my order only to find out that the order was "cancelled" I don't know by who or when but the order was cancelled without me receiving any communication about that or even getting my refund back. It is draining because when you try to phone them you are given a lot of numbers that do not even work, I have been taken from pillar to post with this and I am never trusting this network. They advertise false promos and promise you that they deliver 1-3 days which is all lies. Don't waste your time with MTN.
