Mtn is a ****

Mtn it's a **** because I've canceled my insurance with them in January but they keep on debiting my account every month even though i blocked them from debiting my account,they changed the reference number and debit my account every month and when i call mtn they tell me to call mtn insurance and when i call mtn insurance they tell me they don't have any active insurance with them and advise me to call mtn but when i call mtn they tell me to call their insurance department,i ended up going to mtn shop in woodlands and spoke to one of their sales person and told her about my dilemma and she told me to mtn insurance,so i have only one option which is to launch a complaint to the office of the ombudsman and take this matter to social media to expose mtn
