MTN IS A ****!!

I'm extremely frustrated with MTN and their really horrible customer care!!!!!!

I received a call from one of your call centre agents 2 weeks ago and they offered me a contract for a Samsung phone I went ahead with the application and they told me that is was successful.

We went through the whole process and spoke to the agents supervisor where we converted one of my simcards to a contract so I will be able to use on the new device, as per her instruction.

I was then informed that I will get the phone within 5-10 working days but I have not received any communication from anyone...nor the delivery company.

I called the call centre 2 weeks ago, after holding and being transfer or someone just hanging up! I eventually got through to someone and was told that the lady, her name is Thobile didn't add a device contract she only converted my simcards into a contract for R129.

This is beyond upsetting and frustrating for me!!! I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THAT, so she and the supervisor basically **** and ****med me!!.

I need this sorted out urgently please! It's almost a freakin month now and the stupid customer care just keeps telling me my matter has been escalated but nothing happens. I'm extremely frustrated and upset....they also had the nerve to debt my account!!
