MTN is a ****

MTN has added and billed an unauthorised product to my contract account without my consent.

More concerning is that the product appears under another person’s name while the financial liability sits on my account. No signed agreement, OTP verification, or recorded authorisation was ever provided by me.

This reflects a serious breakdown in billing governance, account verification controls, and consumer protection compliance.

I have formally demanded:

* Immediate removal of the product * Reversal of all charges * Proof of consent * A full internal investigation

If MTN cannot provide lawful proof of authorisation, then these charges are ******** and must be reversed accordingly.

I am stressed at work because their hp attorney are calling me everyday because they have handed over my account which affects my credit score for simply not wanting to pay for something I didn’t sign up for.
