MTN is a ****

MTN is a ****, my cellphone contract is supposed to have ended on the 12 of August 2023 since I took a phone for 24 months on the 12 of September 2021 then August was supposed to be my past payment to my suprise when I want to cancel because the term is over I still owe 2656 which I dont know its for what and when I call the call centre no one gives me any explaination I’m being transferred from one person to another, or they drop their calls when I ask questions. MTN is w **** I regret taking a phone with them.
