If it was up to me I would give them a zero. I bought a month to month Wi-Fi package and when I got home the Wifi was not functioning, called support so that they can help me connect but it failed, went back to the store so that they can fix it but still it didn’t work so I sent an email to complaints and requested a refund till today I haven’t received my money and what makes me angry it’s the fact that they would send me an email saying the matter has been resolved but the money is not in my bank account, I sent them all the documents they have requested but still nothing it’s been a month now I bought this in December and I never even got a chance to use it. So be warned if you are thinking of buying from MTN be ready for bad service they going to give you the communication is bad imagine someone sends an email saying the matter has been resolved but you know nothing about that? How can a complaint be resolved but the person that lodged the complaint is not happy. I have sent reply’s on those emails they sent to say that no it’s not when am I getting the money I paid for something that was faulty and it never worked.
