MTN is a ****

MTN is a **** and they do not care about clients once you have signed up with them

In 2020 during COVID I was called by Mondo which works for MTN and they offered me 12GB which was divided into few different use for data which was R99 I agreed to sign as it was affordable a year later they increased to R110 and they started changing the amount of data they where giving me which was now less I emailed and called countless times trying to inform them about the matter which I never got assisted.

I stoped paying as I was no longer happy because I couldn’t pay for what I did not sign up for I gave them an option to cancel without any cancellation fee or they continue giving me what I signed up for but I never received any correspondence Regarding the matter they then decided to take legal action against me without having heard my voice and resolving my matter.

Can I please have someone to contact me regarding this matter because I cannot pay what I did not sign up for and what I did not use as they stopped loading data.
