Mtn is a ****

Mtn is a ****. I wouldn’t recommend them. I took a R249.00 month to month wifi contract with them in August and they took R393.58 which they said it included the initiation fee and that I would then start paying R249.00 moving forward. On the 1st of September I was billed R586.35 and they told me that it includes initiation fee which I already paid for before they sent me the router.

I called to inquire and I was told that it does not reflect and that I should call rewards program which I did and I was advised that I would be refunded in 7 days max but I still did not get refunded and yet I am still getting Invoices of amounts I’m not supposed to be paying. If anything Mtn should be paying me.

I’m very disappointed with Mtn and would not recommend them to anyone. I have proof of emails that I was sending out to more than 2 consultants sending them my POP and they log a complaint then I receive emails that it was closed without any communication with me.
