MTN is ****!

I’ve been a customer for 4 years straight, going on 5 and never defaulted on my payments which is why I also chose to pay in store as opposed to paying via debit order. After being told to pay R340.19 for July because my account was in arrears after MTN deducted R340.91 from my card end of July the account still appears as in arrears and I’m being moved from pillar to post😡…I need a new statement reflecting all of these R340.49s I’ve paid to MTN for my phones insurance.
