MTN Blacklisted me for a phone insurance i requested them to cancel....i paid the outstanding amount R380 and they promised to give me a paid up now they are refusing to give me a paid-up letter, their call center agents are rude and kept me on the line for over 30 minutes without assisting....MTN is by far the worse service provider in South Africa
