MTN is ****

2 months has passed and still my query has not been resolved. MTN are *******!!! 😡😡Every month since the beginning of the year they deduct whatever debit order amount even though I have a signed contract. Over the last 2 months they have deducted WHAT THEY WANT. I upgraded I have been told it's a pro rata amount but I never ever received my allocated data as per my contract. NEVER GET ANY ANSWERS 😡😡😡😡SERIOUSLY A PATHETIC COMPANY. SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS
