If I could put on a quarter star that's more than generous. I was charged 3 times my normal contract and told it was everything is rectified and the next month will be the normal contract. now I get charged again and told its out of contract charges. I have spoken to more than 4 different agents over the past month and a bit to try and rectify my query and i consistently get different answers. and obviously if you want to cancel then you must pay the fee.
