MTN is *******

This is rediculous I have recharged 3 times today, not even 2 minutes into the data conversion data has disappeared this was 1Gig at a time , there’s no apps opened which is why this dnt understand where my data is going I am now not even recharging coz the minute I recharge the data disappears, when I asked, I was told that there’s nothing that MTN can do since they dnt see what is eating my data, my reference no for the call is *** call center agent is abongile, this is really rediculous
