MTN Irresponsible billing / breach of contract

I upgraded my MTN account for number *** 4 months ago to a AnyTime 100 contract at R599 per month<br> which includes 100 anytime free minutes, 500MB per month data, and 200 free sms's. <br> Since upgrading my account has never been provisioned with the data or sms's, only the 100 minutes, and i've been charged out of bundle data rates as of the first MB of data.<br> This was confirmed by the MTN shop in Greenstone on Monday 7th December. They logged a query with MTN regarding this ref nr: ***, and told me it will be resolved latest by Thursday 10th Dec.<br> I was told they logged a query for data to be provisioned and a credit to be passed on my account.<br> This did not happen, and on friday 11th Dec i phoned MTN on 808 and logged another request and complaint ref nr: ***, the consultant confirmed that no data was yet provisioned<br> and that the MTN shop did not include a credit query within their query. <br> Yes you guessed it - still NOTHING has been done except for being charger almost R1 per MB of data.<br> <br> MTN is in breach of contract with me by not providing me with the data it promises in the anytime 100 contract agreement
