MTN - Irene Mall Poor Service

Extremely poor service received from MTN - Irene Mall : I planned to do an upgrade on my Dataplan. Enquired about upgrading with a Macbook Air which the consultant said will be ordered. After several enquiries over the past few weeks I was told today that the protocol has changed and that it will only be ordered after the paperwork is done. This was not communicated 3 weeks ago. The arrogance of staff is totally unacceptable - "Tough if you don't like it" was the comment that was passed. Poor Service
