MTN iPlay **** strikes again

and its happened again... The same subscription **** has now been taking money off my 3G modem. Somehow MTN is allowing third parties to sign up their subscribers for service that originated in Nigeria... NB: the 3G modem does not allow me to send or receive texts so how is it possible for me to have signed up for this "service". MTN has tried on a pay-as-you sim card and my contract sim card.
