MTN + Iphone X = NIGHTMARE
I upgraded to the IPhone X on 28/03/2018. After the IOS update the top speaker of the phone stopped working,(I did my research and it came to light that this is a known issue on the IPhones). Where after I took the phone back to MTN on warranty - NOTHING wrong with the phone bar the speaker not working. (with the tempered glass screen protector on and in the protective pouch). On 30/05/2018 I receive a call from MTN telling me that they won't be replacing the phone because the screen is broken. So I ask myself how do I go from a broken speaker to the screen being damaged?

Kindly note that if you stated that the said defect is a common problem with the iPhone X devices than it is a manufacturers defect. I suggest that yiu take take it to an iStore and let them have a look at it as far as i know, they are aware of the defect as well as others.
