MTN IPHONE 13 Contract

I followed the online promps to get IPhone 13 contract via MTN R549 a month for X36 months. Now I have agents (Mathew) phoning me assisting me to get the phone.. Just checking if we have stock Ma'am will call you in 5min. Never received a call back. I have tried calling MTN to speak to consultants and agents I keep getting passed from one department to other or the phone is just dropped in my ear. Yesterday a new consultant told me sorry the R549 a month is a mistake we don't have stock but for R609 they apparently have stock. Convenient that they only have stock for the iPhone 13 for a higher contract. I'm so disappointed MTN has harassed me for months on end to renew my contract and now when I do they won't assist. Looks like a complete money making scheme and to date day 3 no one has tried to assist me in receiving my new contract and phone. Absolutely shocking that after more than 10 years of being a Customer this is how I am dealt with.
