MTN *******ion & Bad Service

I am extremely frustrated with MTN.

They are treating me in a ******* and unhelpful manner.

I had a phone contract with them which I paid in full roughly 2 years ago. The contract was paid and closed.

Yet I recently noticed an inquiry on my credit report stating I am behind on Mtn payments.

Apparently they decided to resume my contract without my knowledge and I am behind on Payments for I think 6 Months. All of a sudden I owe them R9000

So I tried to sort the situation out, but every time I finally get through to the collection department they simply put the phone down in my ear.

This is peoples lives you are messing with and it will be taken further
