Mtn *******ion

Goodday, I have a problem with mtn store, they called in Feb and told me that I have a order to be delivered, only to findout it's a data router of which I didn't order.. They gone gonna fix that.... Called in Feb based my case and even contacted mtn *******ion and promised to do a follow up until today n in March they blocked my number without attending my case. And last year I have similar case with Mtn. If possible please assist to terminate the contract with them dnt trust anymore.. And this *******ion of them adding things that I didnt authorised. Please assist with the termination of contract with zero expenses relatable to me... Since they are the one that *******
