MTN invasive marketing
MTN sends me roughly 10 sms messages a day. I have tried every single option at my disposal, and all that has happened is that I have gotten more sms messages. In line with PoPi, you DO NOT have my permission to send me any sms messages. None. How do I switch off this invasion of privacy?

14 Jul 2020, 12:05That string does not take me to where you say it does.
I DO NOT WANT ANY SMS MESSAGES FROM YOUR COMPANY.
Please let's get this sorted today, otherwise I have no other option but to port.

29 Jul 2020, 10:44I have done what you said.
Firstly, there were 4 options to check as "no", so I had to go through the string four times. It was also not where you said it was, and that string is not correct.
That was at around midday yesterday.
Since then, I have received 3 SMS messages from MoMo (whatever that is that I didn't sign up for, and a further 2 from "MTN".
What legal recourse do I have to take action against you? This is absolutely ridiculous.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I DO NOT WANT ANY SMS MESSAGES FROM MTN.
If we don't get this right today, I think I have no other choice but to approach ICASA.
