MTN INTERNET PROBLEMS NOT SORTED

For weeks now we are having trouble with our internet, it dips randomly during the days, and sometimes stays off for hours at a time. We have been complaining and phoning and doing everything they instruct us to do but still we get internet problems, today again 12.4.2021 our internet is dipping. Its easy to take our money but we sit without internet at times almost daily. I am tired of phoning and wasting my time and money. My gf pays over R1000 for this internet but it feels like half the time we have problems, fix it before you lose clients, as we are not the only ones complaining, people are complaining all over the country.
