Mtn internet

Good day, I have a etl router with mtn. We struggle with our internet almost 2 weeks. When we phoned in to repirt they reset the inter but still the problem is not fixed. They then log a call for a technician that will help in the next 24 to 48.hours. the call we log was last week wednesday on the 14th january 2026. Monday there wure no feedback from mtn. I phoned monday then the whole story chamged and then it will be between 5 to 7 worki g days. I ask for manager and they would have phone me back. Tuesday still no feedback i phoned a gen. The story chamged again to say it takes 7 working days. We are now at wednesday still no feedback. Who can assist with this problem. I paid for the whole month but cant even google because the upload and download speed is to low even saying on the speed test.
