Mtn internet connection problem

Today my internet has been down from 2 pm I tried to call and report the problem and was told to restart my device and wait 10minutes which i did over and over again hoping there will be change but nothing i tried calling again and spoke to a lady who told me the technical team was closed i should restart my device again and when i tried to explain that i jave already done that she got rude and ask if she can help with anything else I explained that i have an email i need to send by end of today she ghen dropped the call which i find it very rude and unprofessional i just recently loaded 200gig of data which seems to be no help to me at all im so disappointed and angry
