MTN International Roaming Gone Seriously Wrong - ME CRYING!!

I am left with no cellphone international roaming experience, after I phone MTN on the 17th July 2023, to activate my service. The lady that assisted me, informed me that the service is already activated on the system. That was not ordered from me after my overseas trip in May 2023, and I told her so. So, I was told that I don’t need to make any changes. However, why am I now sitting in Cambodia with my roaming not being activated. What has gone wrong? The MTN app does NOT assist you to activate the service while you are already overseas. My calls to MTN are also not answered. I need speedy assistance to correct the problems I am experiencing while travelling. I need MTN to assist me with this, URGENTLY!!
