MTN internal *****

MTN is absolutely useless, I initiated a ***** call to them after discovering that they listed on ITC that I have a contract with them WHICh I DO NOT HAVE!!!!! They do not even bother to investigate they tell me that there is no ***** decree with the contract but they keep trying to debit my account???? Why ??? You are billing the wrong person!!!!! I have asked them for a copy of the contract to avail , because they are very well aware that the details do not match. They asked for a copy of my ID, proof of address and signatures which I am now afraid they did not have before they will now use them *******ly on their ******* contract, where can we report this disgusting ***** that their staff members are doing and MTN is protecting …. I will not and refuse to pay for your mistakes !!!!!!
