Mtn insurgence is very useless not reliable

Mtn insurance useless since is under Santum is very useless I had a claim since 13th to this day is still pending, they just keep on sending automated emails. The only thing they know is to remind u that the debit order will go off yet when u claim they drag their feet to assist u.
