MTN INSURENCE, WONT DELIVER PHONE !!!!!!

my phone was ****** on the 18th of October, the personal assured me that will recieve my phone within 1-5 days of claim being approved, as I'm writing this its the 29th of October and still no phone. Every time I call there is a different reason to why I have not received my phone. One of the reasons was that the ITC number they had was incorrect while it was all the time.

I WOULD AVOID THIS INSURANCE FROM MTNAT ALL COSTS
