MTN INSURENCE STOLE MY PHONE
On the 7th of December 2019my phone was taken in for repairs by mtn insurance after a lengthy fight about them not fetching it
Now as I type this its the 10th of January 2020 and mtn refuses to give me an update about my phone. Iv resorted asking them to return the phone without fixing it because this repairs was supposed to take a week but its been over a month. They refuse to answer phone e-mails and will give promised about when they will return the phone
AT THIS POINT MTN HAVE ****** MY PHONE !!! All I want is my device back and il repair it myself because its such a mission for them to do it
