Mtn insurence ****

Mtn please I need my phone. I've been paying insurence for 2 years.now mtn is refusing to replace my phone. Bcos they replaced it last after the screen started acting up and gave me anew phone.now they are saying the Insured IMEI is not the same.please mtn.
