Mtn insurane pathetic

Mtn insurance service is so bad i logged a claim on the 4th of August 2021, as someone tried to snatch ig it fell broke the screen.i logged the claim sent necessary documents but the follow up with email n since my phone is not working its difficult for me .

So am still waiting for insurance assessment to apptove of not then take it in to be fixed.

What a pathetic service because it means i will stay about two months without a phone while mtn investigate n assess the claim.

I regret takinv insurance with this service provider i could have gone to Foschini thier insurance is very very good.
