MTN Insurane not replacing the same item but wanting to replace with cheaper option

My HP laptop was ****** during a house break in on 15 September 2021. I have paid insurance on the HP laptop and I had to pay my access amount of R375. 00 to MTN Insurance to replace my laptop. First they offered me a Mecer which I declined and now they want to offer me a Lenovo. I feel if I paid for an HP laptop (i am actually still paying my monthly contract amount) they should replace my ****** HP laptop with a new HP laptop. This is rediculous.
