MTN INSURANE IS THE WORST

I submitted my insurance claim for damaged phone on 20 October and 2 days later my claim was never looked at nor was there a call from MTN Insurance. I spoke to Christina and Mbali and both consultants cannot explain why my claim was not looked at. Now I am told it will take another 4 days for claims to assess my application. Why 4 DAYS!!! The Supervisor called Nokukhanya Sewela refused to attend to my question. I cant be without a phone for that long. I pay my insurance and for a claim to take 6 days to be viewed is concerning. How long before my phone is fixed then???
