MTN Insurance = Worst service ever!!!
<p>I registered a claim two weeks ago at my local branch and i was promised it was going to take about a week for MTN to send someone to pick up my phone from me. Its been two weeks and i have not heard from them, not even a message to say they have received my claim and its been processed nothing. I am sitting here without knowing its being processed or not, worst part is trying to phone them, you hold for 15min and the line just cuts, sometimes it doesnt even ring. Even their service centre cant get through to them!!!</p>
