MTN Insurance worst ever

Never get a contract with MTN or take MTN Insurance. When trying to claim a device they have a lot of story’s. They just don’t want to help customers. When have problem they cut the call on you. I’ve been trying to claim my damaged Samsung A9, the process is taking more than 2 weeks and everyday there is a problem. After i paid R1400 for back pay cause they apparently billed me wrong for 15 months then i paid another R680 for excess but still then phone has not been picked up for repairs neither been replaced. So i did everything they said but still they can’t deliver. Now every time i call they put me on hold and they cut the call. They don’t have answers to me.
