MTN Insurance worst customer service ever!!

MTN Insurance's Customer service has NO service at all!! I am now at my wits'end! I have been nothing but frustrated with them, since I submitted my claim on 27 February. First an *********** person called Renicia sends the sms regarding my approval to my number of which the phone is broken and I cannot use, instead of the contact no I clearly indicated on my claim form. Thereafter it just went from bad to worse!! Courier company apparently tried for 3 days to contact me to collect phone, again on the out of service no!! But I have also given my landline, where I was not contacted once! I have since spoken to 10 different people over the last couple of weeks of which I have records of names and dates, but without any avail. Today I have (again!!) spoken to the supervisor, Jabu Butelezi, who managed to at least assist in a way, but only after I had to call back (again!) when she failed to call back after she said she would. Now it seems their courier company, The Courier Guy, is equally *********** and no sense of urgency, as I just found out 2 hours ago that my phone is on its way to Giyani, currently in Louis Trichardt. I had to call as the supervisor, Jabu, at the contact centre MTN never came back to me this morning as she promised. I phoned the courier company before 9 and the person handling my account, Trisha, indicated she will phone me back at 9:45 with feedback. I had to call her by 10, she never called back. She could only give me half of the feedback I requested and only by 10:45. On top of it, she had a bad attitude, smirking in my ear when I asked her why feedback is taking so long. I first had to give her a piece of my mind before she changed her attitude. In the meantime I phoned Jabu Buthelezi to find out who made the mistake on the waybill, but she is too scared to talk to me. So still no feedback from either MTN South Africa or The Courier Guy on whose fault it is or when I can expect to have my phone. At this point there is also no apology from either companies or proposed remedy on when I will get my phone and how I can get compensated for this, as at this point I just want to get out of my contract and away from them.

I have been with Mtn since April 1999, but I think its time to cut the relations, cause they have no sense of urgency or customer care!!??They claim calls are recorded for quality and training purposes, I sure hope they use ALL my calls for both purpose!
