MTN INSURANCE WONT RESPOND!!! REF ***9

I registered a claim on the mtn website [URL Removed] I did not receive any reference. The website kicked off a message that I would receive an email confirming the claim and I have not received anything since I registered the claim. I called, lines are dropped. I eventually sent an email which stated \Due to a temporary issue that we are addressing

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you have experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes

As per our telephone conversation please fill in the form send it back to me then I will escalate the matter with our insurance department for further assistance.
