MTN Insurance with Pinnacle Brokers..... A SHAME OF NOTE!!!!

If you are thinking of taking an insurance with MTN think again and run for your life. This is my 3rd insurance with MTN and all was well because I never needed to claim on all the years I had insurance with them until NOW!!! So I lost my phone at church because of creepy people that goes in your bag while you are praying (which means closing your eyes) and I was not the only person that lost their phone, there were 2 more people that we sitting diagonally to me on both sides that lost their phones. So I'm told by the insurance that I left my bag unattended so my claim is declined, I pay about R1000 on my insurance this is besides that money I have been paying over the years that I never needed to claim for. So I believe I had to open my eyes and fix them to my bag during prayer because then that would mean that I was paying attention to it and taking care of it. This is a disgrace of an insurance. I am super disappointed, I did not even get any empathy from the insurance at all. So DO NOT insure with MTN insurance.
