I have fully paid insurance with MTNza/Guardrisk for my cellphone. July I upgraded to new a hand set. After a struggle over days to insure was finally covered the New phone on the same policy number. Had an incident since 14 July. Been sent Pillar to post for a claim. After all of that and being requested to send invoice MTN generates back to them (insurer) and told that I was billed on old premium. The premium difference is a mere R10. How is that my fault!!! Never even consider insuring your life with such incompetence. I regret wasting my money on this!!
