MTN Insurance with Admyntech Insurer Guardrisk
Absolute pathetic service. Reply to you privately with promises that does not happen. Debiting account with insurance without authorisation then promises the refund and still outstanding. Numerous emails. Admyntech discusting service. If I am Guardrisk will think again to underwrite this insurance. Probably 30 emails with most rediculous excuses.

20 Jul 2020, 18:54Even more pathetic that they blame MTN and you blame the insurance department. Escalated already and nothing happened. I actually consider to log a formal complaint with Guardrisk and the Ombudsman. MTN dont even take ownership of the query.
