MTN Insurance - where are you?
<p>I have been trying since the 7th of November to put in a claim for my phone. All the steps were followed up to getting a computerized ref no[# ********** 5)( stating that there is a turnaround time of 5 days. It is now the 28th of November. No one is coming back to us - no answer whatsoever when trying to phone or e-mail them to find out what is going on. This is the poorest of service and I am starting to wonder if they even exist. Who was I paying all these years for insurance?
