<p>hi , i did the cellphone insurance claim by email on 24jul17,then i did get any feedback , then i call today ask about how is my claim going , and they said they want the claim application form ,but i said the application form i faxed in mtn store on 2016 ,how can i find the form now ,and the insurance unsuccessful ,why mtn charge my money everymonth , i m very tired with you gugs, Your work inefficient and not serious, and now in turn say that the guests of the problem, which gives us a lot of trouble,</p>
