Mtn Insurance very delayed with repair
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Im still waiting for about 3 weeks now going on 4 weeks for my phone. I keep calling the mtn smart phone plus call center and they are unable to tell me how far my phone is. They gave me the repair centers number and it keeps ringing. Can this be sorted out because it's unfair I pay for insurance that I feel is not efficient. Just to add on this my phone too almost a month to be collected ***. Cell number ***</span></p>
