MTN insurance very bad service

I'm so disappointed with MTN, specifically MTN insurance after 13 years of being their client I'm definitely canceling the contract with them. They don't take their clients serious, I lost my phone submitted a claim I never get a response unless I enquire with them. As for MTN complaints they are so useless. I submitted all documents required but they still ask me same questions which the documents have answers of. Ref 141227
