MTN Insurance Useless
<p>So, MTN Insurance calls me back after 10 days waiting and lots of complaining, typically this would be at a time where I am sitting in meetings. They leave a voicemail, please call us back, I do call back, no answer!! This is my 5th attempt, been holding for over 10 mins on each attempt, the line just goes dead, I can't get through! MTN Insurance is starting to irritate me!!! I am going to go to the ombudsman!</p>
