MTN INSURANCE USELESS!

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been running around from branch to branch with no real help. My phone was ******. I have blacklisted the device and got the case number from the police. My phone is an Apple Iphone 5 32 gig. I have been paying for insurance 15000! so i should be insured for R15000. When i went to the branch, one lady told me they dont have stock of Iphone 5 so i wont get a phone! I told that lady i have insurance 15000 and if they dont have that phone then they need to give me an Iphone 6. She said thats not her problem and i must contact MTN insurance. So i have been calling and calling and no answer. Just the IVR! I have been holding on for too long. My cellphone number in question is ***. I have all references numbers. I cant be without a phone as i am looking for a job and the number on my CV is my cellphone number. I have asked for a loan phone and that request is also denied.</p>
