MTN Insurance unresponsive
<p>My phone was booked in for repairs on the 17th of October 2016. Insurance claim documents have been submitted and phone was booked. To this day the insurance claim documents have not been processed but my phone has been fixed. I have been trying to get hold of MTN Insurance since October but no one ever answers the phone. How am I supposed to get any feedback when they do not even respond to emails on the enquiries email? Will it take 3 months for the claim documents to be processed?</p>

Thank you for your feedback. Can you possibly provide me with a contact of someone that can help me? My claim has been approved but MTN Insurance is still saying that my claim form has not been received. I would like to speak to someone who can actually help me in getting this matter resolved as soon as possible.
