MTN INSURANCE-TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY😡😡😡

I was ****** of my device and lodged a claim with MTN INSURANCE on 21/08/2021.I was then given a claim *** and to my shock my claim was loaded as MEDIUM PRIORITY instead of URGENT seeing that I do not have any other device to rely on in the meantime. To date I haven't received any positive feedback from them except that they are still reviewing my claim ,I mean what's the use of taking device insurance with you people if the turn around time is forever. This is unacceptable especially from such a so called "Big and Reputable "company like MTN. I now find myself having to go into more debt to find an alternative device in the meantime whilst I've been loyaly paying my premiums monthly without fail,I mean how is that treating customer fairly😡I need my claim finalized URGENTLY!!!
