MTN Insurance terrible service

On 11 August 2015 I posted a complaint here regarding MTN Insurance's poor service, their lack of communication and overall never mind, couldn't care less attitude. On 12 August they quickly arranged a collection of my IPhone along with a loan handset after telling me they had no clue when I would be helped. Now a week later, having had no follow up calls from them, I've had to call them. My IPhone is still laying at their High Volume Repair Centre in JHB waiting on an assessor to approve the claim. The MTN Insurance number has not been in operation the entire week so I cannot chase them on it
