You guys are so useless, I regret even taking my insurance with you!!! everybody can forget their phone in a public toilet at work.im lady for Gods sake. its possible to forget my phone. didn't you guys say if insure my phone if i loose it or its lost you will give me another one? you really are ******. i want my phone!!!!! ive been paying correctly now i lost my phone you tell me nonsense.i want my phone.ive been paying and up to date. you guys ****med .u say I'm negligent. now i don't have a phone to control the access at my house, or communicate with my kids school. you are such a disappointment MTN!!! what now? am i supposed to take another contract? i don't even have a sim card. I'm definatly going to take this matter further.i want my phone. i never planned to loose the phone. hwere else was i supposed to loose it? my house? no ways.you are ******!!!!!
